This Trinitario cacao is rare and highly regarded. We chose it because it is gentle and accessible, carrying the vibrant energy of the island and its unique natural landscape.

The plant quite literally called us, and after our journey and search, we found cacao straight from the farm. The origin of our cacao is transparent, fair, sustainable, and organic.
